Very solid stuff. I liked the werewolf lore, the deconstruction of the monster through the story, the lack of screamers and the wrtiting. I especially underline the last two: I love to see a horror game that doesn't use the cheap screamers and does the job with the power of the atmosphere, which is here mostly the writing (albeit at least one illustration is rather powerful too). Illustrations and voice acting are alright. I find that voice acting of main characters is great, but the background characters are... hit and miss. Can't say I really disliked anything in particular.

Giving it all 5 stars instead of 4 simply because I love a good werewolf story that doesn't use werewolf as a mindless monster or an allegory for something sexual. That kind of stuff is very hard to find, and I'm very pleased that this novel is one of these rarities.

And yes, I too shed a couple of tears in the end.
