Well, took a look tonight. I have wind added to my insurance, I also have a testing command in my mod and it does detect wind with my own test. So far when I use the command in your mod, I am not getting any wind damage on the field I have the policy on lol. I am thinking a play through test will have to be done unless you have a more targeted command on your side.
