F10 wasn't able to fix it. As for the other stuff I dont know how to do that.
Press windows+r, type cmd in the box, press enter, the open your file explorer, go to where you downloaded the game, find its main executable, drag and drop the main executable over the windows command prompt we opened earlier, and in that same prompt type “ -force-d3d11” (without the “) then press enter
