i will mention you could make it so the town is a breeders city where sex is highly common so it was agreed that all kids would be sent to a new city to live their childhood lifes but when a child is sent to that city a random person gets a ticket to explore their desires this would make them come from plane or train and when they show up we get a phone call to come say hi to them or we can leave it be and they might come say hi to us based on their personality and interests

another idea id like to see is other breeders
maybe the breedies have a pink armband while breeders have either a red or blue one
you could have a ratio that changes over time as people come and go from the city
the ratio could be checked via the phone to see when the city has more futa/males over females and femboys
[note i mention males and femboys because you never know what the dev is gonna add]
