For anyone wondering how to complete the sleepover mission: you can’t get the required amount of intimacy in a normal playthrough. However, the creator added an option that lets you do it.
From the main menu, go to New Game, Custom, and select the option that gives all characters the maximum intimacy with you. This way, the neighbor will have the 40% intimacy needed to unlock the missing mission. I hope this helps!
