For sis is locked because you haven't done the forgiveness mission. If you go to the phone, enter the characters section and go to the star on the top roght, you'll see how to complete the missions to unlock the intimacy for sis.

If you are searching to complete the sleepover mission, you'll need to create a new game, and make everyone's intimacy at 100 to unlock the scene.

Si hay solo una escena del estilo, es con una compañera de escuela, no tiene mucho contexto pero te diriges a las 18:00 hrs a la escuela un dia entre semana y en el segundo nivel habrá una opción con una lider de uno de los clubs.

In a normal playthrough it's not possible. However, the creator added an option that lets you do it.

From the main menu, go to New Game, Custom, and select the option that gives all characters the maximum intimacy with you. This way, the neighbor will have the 40% intimacy needed to unlock the missing mission.

Para los que tengan duda de como terminar la misión de la pijamada, en una partida normal no lo puedes conseguir, sin embargo, el creador dejo la opcion en donde si en el menú principal te diriges a nuevo juego, custom y ahi seleccionas que todos los personajes tengan el maximo de intimidad contigo la vecina tendrá el 40% necesario para hacer la misión faltante. ¡Espero que les sirva!
