Use of the limitation
Your health(blood) is used as a currency at the shop to buy more uses for the gun and radio to fight the enemies. At the same time killing enemies and surviving waves grants you blood. Once it gets harder, you may buy an upgrade for the attack. You need to choose if you can lower your health to be more prepared for the enemies or keep the money for the upgrade

Cookies eaten
well, one monster drink, 4 cupcakes, popcorn, I think that's it?

Super cool vibe, I agree with the others that the controls are a touch wonky but I love the idea behind it

ok i agree with the other commenters about the controls being finnicky and slow, but id be lying if i said the aesthetic wasnt a 10

Yes sadly, it was my first time doing a 3D navigation that's tile based. So I messed it up, where you can feel the difference in movement between before enemies spawn and after. Would need to learn how to actually do the turns and make them quicker.

But thank you, it's awesome to hear that you like the aesthetic!

I had a tough time wrangling the controls. But I think that the artstyle, vibes, and post processing were awesome!

Okay, so do you think that the OG arrows on the screen would be better than keyboard? I really wanna know for future projects.

Also thank you so much for liking the aesthetic, means a lot to me!

I didn't really like the controls, but I liked the art and the concept. I feel like the enemies and waves have a big impact on the gameplay, what is nice.

Developer(+1)

I asked others as well, do you think then I should go with the OG arrows on the screen which you just mouse click where you want to go? And make the whole controls mouse-based? Trying to improve and maybe make another dungeon crawler.

Thank you for nice wise words!!

In my opinion, the game's controls would be better if aiming and certain commands were mouse-based—though not necessarily all of them. It was very difficult to aim precisely at enemies because the aiming was too rigid, locked to 90-degree angles; furthermore, it was sometimes hard to tell what was happening in the game and why I was taking damage.

Great job! I got through the first 10 waves only using melee and not feeling I needed upgrades which made me a bit overconfident. Would love some more faster scaling difficulty!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your feedback, It was a first time of me working on such a game. Need to get that feeling of scaling

I love the 2.5d style! The music was very intense. Nice work!

Thank you so much!

Interesting concept! The control are a bit tricky, but you can figure it out fast. I think i got a bug when a wave was complete but i was unable to move, rotate or attack.

Developer(+1)

Thank You! Okay, interesting If you were to remember which wave was it I would love to try and replicate it.

It was on the very first wave. I was in the left corner of room near the painting

Developer

Will check it out, thanks!
