Ooooh, okay. I unlocked all 8 upgrades when I played but wasn't aware of the 30 rooms win condition. I'll have to give it another go!
By the way, the static sound, I played another game submitted to the game jam and I experienced the same issue, so it's definitely a result of itch.io or something on my end, as it's not specific to your game only.
I'll definitely check back on this project later!
