Glad to hear that~.
The gameplay is simple, so there isn't a lot that can be done with it, but that also means that I can focus on making good use of the things it does have, without feeling like I'm wasting the core mechanics
Yeah, the camera is something I had been wondering about. I wanted to make it follow the player since it would be too limiting to only make levels that fit the screen, and zooming out too much wouldn't look good.
Add to that that, this being my first proper game in Godot, I didn't know how to do fancy things with the Camera, I decided to make it follow the Player to keep it simple.
But since the camera is quite zoomed in, it could lead to the problem of the Player not having a good view of where they are going, having to react too fast to incoming patterns of enemy movement, without view of it to make a plan on how to move through it...
So I made it so the Camera is always in front of the Player, so they always got a good view of what they have in front...
But that led to the constant motion being headache inducing.
I have a bit of an idea on how to change it next, but I'll have to properly look on how to do it XD.
Well, people may not complain but I will!
I want it to have more Floors than it currently has! XD
Thanks for the review~.
