Technically yes. RCBasic is a byte code compiler and a runtime vm written in C++. If your engines functions can be called from C++ then you can add them but you would need to rebuild RCBasic from source to do it.

I don't use AI for coding. I did a google search to see if I had written some documentation on this before and got those search results. RCBasic is open source and has been constantly updated since 2016. There is not a single line of AI code in any of my repos. For people who just discovered this project, it may look like I generated a bunch of code over night but I have been working on this for over a decade now.
