I do, then there is an obtion for me to meet him again then the final meeting before the final war, but every time i do so, he will capture me and i lost. Is there any way you can spoil me the requirement to actually success? Or that was the only option?

If You are loading the game saved before the meeting scene, than you are using the same variable every time and outcome is the same every time, you have to start new game.
