Are the Wildbrook/Cave/Harmonized Settlement actions ever going to max out or I'm I doomed to have them all in the Mastery section taunting me with endless levels?
Its infinite but they do have a max form which is considered complete, I left them open so that if a player chose they could grind it to infinity with smaller and smaller gains.
Rank up version. There is nothing that makes them vanish right now, but for the sake of completionists I'll make it so that the highest rank makes them "complete" even if you can work them into eternity.
