Millhaven deindexed after page update (Ticket #404673)

Hello,

I have read the Questions & Support rules, the official Getting Indexed and Quality Guidelines documentation, the Unofficial Search and Indexing FAQ, the adult NSFW reindexing information, and the Useful Answers topic.

Millhaven was previously indexed, but disappeared from Search and Browse, and deindexed after I updated the project page images. Before this happened, itch.io discovery was producing approximately 400-1,000 views per day. That traffic has now fallen to almost nothing.

I have checked the following:

  • The project is Public and is not set to “Unlisted in search & browse.”
  • Searching for the exact displayed title while logged in does not return the project.
  • A cover image and screenshots are present.
  • Downloadable Windows, Linux, and Android builds are available.
  • “No payments” is selected.
  • “Has sensitive content” and “Show content warning” are enabled.
  • The adult-content classification, tags, metadata, and AI disclosure are completed.

The current support ticket is #404673.

This is a repeat occurrence. A previous de-indexing incident was resolved following manual review under ticket #361783.

Please confirm whether anything publicly visible on the page fails the current indexing requirements? I would really appreciate it if a moderator could bring ticket #404673 to the admins’ attention.

Thank you, Suckulent Games

I’ve let our admins know about your tickets, but as explained in the unofficial FAQ and many topics, that can happen. Please promote your game instead of relying on being indexed.
