For that reason i shall instead refer to your visual novel as Ai fmg Fudge instead of AI fmg slop from now on , congrats . Anyways let's digest your points one by one .
About the dialogue , im no fool and i understand that this is a visual novel and not a actual game , hence there is gonna be obviously alot of dialogue about whatever the story is about / going for . With that said even for a visual novel , this still has to much unnecessary dialogue to the point that is baffling for the player . And let's be honest here for a second nobody is here for the dialogue, everyone is here for the Ai fmg scenes A.K.A. Smut . But since y'all are to busy writing modern day Shakespeare , you don't have as much time to make more Ai fmg scenes, and i can't believe I'm saying this but the game needs more Ai fmg fudge to feel satisfying. Other than that i guess I'm looking forward to the ⁶🤷♂️⁷ text skip.
Now on to the actual good part . You say and i quote "The only elements using AI are the visuals, such as sprites, backgrounds, and images " My guy...That's is literally half the game ! And sure you might argue that some guy "animated" the scenes ( looks like a invincible wobble edit lol ) or that you made the logo , but that's peanuts compared to the unavoidable truth that the game is clearly and to is majority Ai. imagery. Up next you mention that creating actual hand drawn art for a solo creator is pretty difficult and i 100 % agree ...BUT this is clearly not a SOLO dev effort anymore like those initial days isn't it ? Plus you guys seem to have gothered quite the financial support through donations in itch or Patreon from fellow addicts , so there is really no excuse to hire someone who is capable to make some hand drawn imagery at least for the actual characters (the rest can stay Ai and nobody will notice either way).
Now finally in to some good news and something I'm looking forward since i have quite the personal experience in the field of music . I'm glad you are taking the time to make a soundtrack for the game instead of it being Ai generated (that should be a no brainer ) . I guess i will miss listening to joy from persona 3 but it is for the better since you don't wanna get copyrighted. You made a lot of promises so you better deliver.
Now dont get all preachy on me about "if you don't like it don't play it " . Can you not read the damn name or do you want me to spell it out for you ? At the end of the day it does not matter whether the game is good or not , whether it is Ai generated or not . Im here only to get my fix of brain chemicals AKA dopamine , oxytocin and various hormones. Very rarely do i find a nsfw porn game that leaves me feeling genuinely happy instead of numb inside. You all just a bunch of glorified drug dealers in my eyes .
P.S. : I spend my time expressing my frustrations with the whole Fmg itch scene , I'm not here just to insult even as much as i wish to . I will try to put my biases aside and instead focus on addressing the sheer laziness of these devs that feel prideful over their Ai creations , promising future updates if you give them money in Patreon while people will gladly do anything to please their desires , while overlooking the morality of the situation.
If they feel bad about it when good. Maybe there is still some consciousness and dignity left in them.
Its true that i feel bad for actual indie game devs that don't rely on some cheap Ai smut to get people's attention but instead they try to make actual games there with good mechanics, good music , good visuals etc. And even if they fail , they still made something worth of praise and admiration.
