can you remove characters from the draw pool if you get enough shards to max them out, and have the 3 resonance you get per shard as an overflow safety.
unless you plan on adding micro transactions there's no reason to have the option to only need shards for one legendary character and get nothing or 1 shard and 9 misses on a 10 draw.
