Hi! 👋

I’m an experienced PC gamer and streamer with a lot of time spent in indie and experimental games. I’m offering short playtests (30–60 minutes) with clear written feedback afterwards.

What I can provide:

  • First-time player impressions

  • Bug spotting & usability issues

  • Controls / difficulty / pacing feedback

  • VR or non-VR games (PC)

  • Honest but constructive notes

What I’m looking for:

  • Async tests only (no calls or live sessions)

  • Flexible timing

  • Paid preferred, but open to interesting projects

If you’re interested, feel free to comment or DM with:

  • Game genre

  • Platform

  • Length of test

  • Whether it’s paid or unpaid

Thanks!

hey! kinda random but i found your playtesting post and wanted to see if youd be interested in testing something were working on

its called Gilded Horizons and were making it in Unity. were finally getting to the point where we need people who DIDNT make the game to play it because developers somehow have the ability to stare directly at a bug and not notice it 😭

itd probably just be stuff like me sending you a build, telling you what were trying to test and then you telling me what broke, what felt weird, what was confusing, etc

i did see that you prefer paid testing so just wanna be upfront that were pre funding rn and this would have to be volunteer at the moment. totally understand if thats not what youre looking for

if you'd still be interested though id love to have you test some of our builds

One question. Would you have a in browser build on itch.io for people to playtest.

yeah thats actually something we could look into. right now the builds are mainly gonna be downloadable Unity builds since thats what we're developing/testing with, but I can definitely see about putting together a browser/WebGL version on itch.io for easier playtesting too.

it probably wouldn't have every feature since some stuff we're planning, especially VR and certain multiplayer systems, may not work the same in browser, but for basic gameplay, UI, movement, bugs, and general feedback I think itd be really useful.
