How does your game meet GBJam's theme
In our game every level you have to investigate a new package, that contains old golden coins found somewhere in thee "Family's" headquarters.
Since we are literally browsing through "old gold" the game fits in the jam.

Very fun game but in my opinion it may be better if you make a/b for z/x keys and dpad for arrows but the gameplay is very good

Nice logo lettering, the magnifier sweeping through the title is a good bit of motion for a menu screen. and the sepia set instead of the usual green reads really well

I really enjoyed this game! It’s very unique. The story, visuals, and gameplay are all great, and I especially liked the music (at one point it cut out and didn't play for an entire level—it felt sad without it).
I’m particularly fond of the 3D in this game and the animation of tossing the coin out the window)

was I shot by the Pringles character?? Examining 3d objects on the gameboy should feel odd but here it looks so good! Congratulations :) The gameboy soul is as good as it can be!! Some small nitpicks: moving a 3d coin with the d-pad is funny yet quite tedious. I found it harsh to kill the player after any mistake, especially in the beginning when we are trying to figure out what to do ;)

Great game, lot of work went into this! I did feel towards the middle or so it got a little dull, but I know it's hard to keep things interesting in repetition.
