Our game leans into the Old Gold through its classic pirate adventure, buried treasure, and the timeless thrill of striking it rich. Beneath the gold lies an old curse, turning Bell's hunt for riches into a race to reclaim her very soul.

I'm a simple man, I see pirate lady and I try the game out. It plays well, sounds nice and all that. The target might be too low though? I was able to make the goal on the first day and the next two days didn't seem to matter to me, unless I missed something? I liked how things got more crowded with enemies the further I went along, and how you could destroy the island. I wasn't expecting that one. Nice job!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the game. Every time you beat the game the quota range goes higher. The quota ranges are 200-350 gold, then 400-600 gold and 800-999 gold.
Oh!? So I have to go back. Neat. I thought the ending text seemed like maybe I didn't get the best ending.

One of my favorite submissions. The art style is amazing, and the gameplay is simple yet enjoyable enough. Took me a couple of runs to get used to, but that's part of the experience. Great job!

I like it, and i like the digging mechanic and how if i dig near the ship i can't get to it anymore.

Great work! Creative use of colour, great sprites. The soundtrack was well done too.
I had a bunch of difficulty getting her to dig the tiles I wanted, it seemed to want to only dig the tile beneath or to the right.
It's a fairly standard treasure digging simulator, but it's well done and has a great pirate soul to it.

Thank you for asking this. For the tiles when digging, you can choose the direction. Hold down the dig key and then choose the direction (up, down, left, right)! We added this to our itch page too just in case.
Cool game! Found it cool how you could destroy the entire island by breaking it. The art was also well done too!
