How does your game meet GBJam's theme
The premise of the game is pick "old gold" out of your nose. It was stuffed in the nose 50 years ago. Now you need the money.

Highly amusing concept, I played to the end, though have to mention the Gameboy resolution requirement isn't met, and there is technically some extra inputs (you can use tab to cycle through UI elements, and the title screen reacts to mouse). Still, cool game!

Old Gold: Treasure HuntI mean the UI elements aren't the same resolution as the pixel art behind it. It seems the game window itself is larger than 160x144, even though you have a viewport at the correct resolution stretched to fit. For example, the money counter is much higher resolution than Mr Holden Gold, it would be using a pixel font with the same sized pixels as him.
Best use of the theme ever! 😄
That said, I got to around 3,500 in five minutes, so I don't think I'm going to try reaching the 100K goal. =)

Old Gold, Old BonesNice premise, and the karat and gram weight actually multiplying out to the dollar value is a great detail, the maths genuinely holds across picks. playing something that silly completely straight is what makes it land. nice job
