Can you give me information on your specs? I remember that only happening one one specific build, but that's not the published one currently (if you downloaded it before voting started that might explain it but that wouldn't explain the web version). The original cause of that was related to audio stream mixing and each enemy spawned had its own InteractiveAudioStream and that compounded to cause such bad lag the camera would be jittering up and down non-stop (never figured out why, fixed the audio issue and never saw it again).
