One of the more polished games I have played so far, really good. The dark aesthetic is really well done.

How does your game meet GBJam's theme
In our game every level you have to investigate a new package, that contains old golden coins found somewhere in thee "Family's" headquarters.
Since we are literally browsing through "old gold" the game fits in the jam.

There are several things I love about this game: The implied setting and story, the 3d inspection, the various details and imperfections to look for, and the music! Beautiful game
Honestly, not much to criticize here. One of the best games I've played in the jam so far. The visuals, audio and gameplay all work really well together. Great job!
I loved the design of the boss! Really amazing game; it reminded me of Papers, Please.
Nice logo lettering, the magnifier sweeping through the title is a good bit of motion for a menu screen. and the sepia set instead of the usual green reads really well
watched the stream your game was played on! i really loved the game, 5 stars all around <3
The game is really cool. I especially liked the visuals of the Master's hand.
I really enjoyed this game! It’s very unique. The story, visuals, and gameplay are all great, and I especially liked the music (at one point it cut out and didn't play for an entire level—it felt sad without it).
I’m particularly fond of the 3D in this game and the animation of tossing the coin out the window)
was I shot by the Pringles character?? Examining 3d objects on the gameboy should feel odd but here it looks so good! Congratulations :) The gameboy soul is as good as it can be!! Some small nitpicks: moving a 3d coin with the d-pad is funny yet quite tedious. I found it harsh to kill the player after any mistake, especially in the beginning when we are trying to figure out what to do ;)
