How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
You are taking part in an experiment, torturing an immortal tomato.
What tools and 3rd party assets did you use?
I've used:
- Godot for programming
- Aseprite, Krita for visuals
- Liquid shader: https://godotshaders.com/shader/2d-liquid-wave/
- Audio from freesound.org under Creative Commons 0
- Some SFX generated using sfxr.me
How did you use generative AI? (If you did)
I didn't use AI for anything.

Very simple but well polished game! Wasn't expecting that jumpscare at the end tbh xD. This kinda reminds me of those old kick the boss games on mobile that I used to play as a kid. I do wish there were more physics-y interactions that could just fling the tomato around n stuff from the start other than clicking but it might be asking for a bit much for a 2 day game jam xD. Fun audio and visuals were also great! Overall, pretty fun game that's short, simple and sweet! Great work!
Thanks for playing!
Old scary flash game is definetly what I was going for.
Yea, it would of been fun to have even more options of torture. The time was enough, but I lack experience haha.
Nice short and enjoyable game, the ending was really unexpected and made me jump XD!!
Thank you for playing!
I was debating on adding a jumpscare warning, but I think it would have ruined the ending, haha
THE ENDING SCARED ME SO BAD. 10/10 game,I love this so so so much! I wish I could've grinded for the orbital cannon. This was polished so nicely, deserves more ratings!
Thank you for the high praise!
I wish I had enough time to add more weapons. The cannon was just a placeholder so the shop aligned properly :)
Poor tomato, but... I enyojed it xD. I didn't expect that ending. Great work!!!
Thank you for taking part in the experiment.
(Haha, I was just reviewing your game as you wrote this)
Very good game for being made in 2-3 days
Thanks for playing!
Reminds me of the old Buddy flash game, but clearly inspired by the theme and special object. The "tomato juice" filling up the scene is a nice touch. It'd be nice if there were some ways to interact other than clicking, but the game is short enough that it doesn't get too repetitive.
Yea, as it is, it wouldn't be enjoyable if it were a longer game.
I had more ideas, but I didn't have the time to spend the whole weekend on this.
I had planned and I've even started a 3D section in the game, but as I'm not so experienced at 3D, it got cut.
Dude genuinely such a good game. No words accept 5 stars
Thanks for playing! :D
