How does your game meet GBJam's theme
This game is built around cleansing of the haunted Gold Records from famous (cheekily named) musicians in this GameBoy style Haunted Record Store.
The game is packed with 13 chiptune audio tracks, and a seriously epic final boss track - mimicking famous Gold Record music. Your job is to cleanse the haunted records to return them to their original shine, as you work through a series of audio puzzles and store buy/sell mechanics.

WOWW!! This was my favorite game so far. there are so many different mechanics and elements that its actually super impressive. I loved the art style and enemy designs so much! The music was fantastic especially the final bosses song. my favorite character was Burt Bromain took me a couple of tries till I finally impressed him with sth.

Thank you for the kind words and the play through! It’s funny, the final boss track wasn’t even planned - it was just going to be a generic record.. But, it came out so good, that we added the final boss mechanic last minute!
Any parts of the gameplay loop that you’d improve?
Well y'all cooked with that track. I would maybe make the part where the ghost drop disc through the day a but more deeper maybe. also the boss fights were great, but you can kinda cheese it a bit by just spamming the faster or slower buttons until they shake to their max, though idk what would be fix for that without making it too difficult.

Yeah, agreed, the shake makes it easy (at least the different sounds are still fun to play with!) we initially didn’t have the shake in the puzzle. but with the chiptune style music, it is surprisingly hard to get the speed right, as many speeds can sound correct. Thanks again for the feedback!
