Odd quirky little game. Played on Game Boy till the ending. 

Sadly no music, think that would have made the game be

More enjoyable to play since it feels like a visual/artsy game. 

I counted 5 colors used in some scenes 😅 dont know if thatWas intended for the jam. 

(This happened on the game boy build only) 

 art looked nice though.

Thanks for playing! Yeah, my buddy who was going to do music ended up getting mono, and my own sound attempts made it worse rather than better, sadly hahahah

I don't know how you counted 5 colors though. It's a gb rom so it's definitely only 4, and I can also guarantee that from all of my art files. I'm gonna just assume that means I did a good job with dithering and details to make it come across as being more colors than exists.

I see, hope you get a chance to add music at a later stage then :) 

It seems to be 5 colors on the game boy build only. This have been an issue on other games I have played as well for some reason.

Yeee, I plan to add music after the rating period, and add in features and elements I had to cut for time =3

Huh, are you using an original gameboy to play or a gameboy color? Cause for an original gameboy, 5 colors just.... isn't actually physically possible, to the best of my knowledge.

Game boy advance, and yeah i had this on another game as well. They thought it might be that the console auto assigns colors on its own 🤔 Im not sure myself how it happens

Oh, that’s actually fascinating! Huh, now I’m gonna have to go test what my GBA does with my GB game carts… I know different consoles would add different “flare” and the GBA added the, like “widescreen” option, but I’m curious about what else it does. Anyway, thanks for the info!

Fascinating and scary haha ^^" We built for the GB as well and played on the GBA but it
seem to be color accurate so I have no Idea of why or how it decides to change colors.
Anyway, good luck in the jam :)
