I've already played this. I like the style and idea. Good game!
Love the quirky dialogue and was always looking forward to what kinda stuff are buried on all these different islands.
Played on the Game Boy 🕹️
To repeditive gameplay for my taste sadly.
The gold detection felt a bit buggy and never really fun to try and find the gold 🤷🏻♂️
Graphics was nice, and the game is quirky.
Hope others find the game enjoyable 😊
Good job!
Thanks for checking it out! I do agree that the gold finding mechanic could be better, some other people have mentioned that too. Appreciate the feedback :)
I think this was one of the most creative and interesting concepts I've seen in this jam so far! Love the level design and the variety of obstacles
Cool that the story got a twist in the end, i liked it. I really liked the gameplay, maybe the magnet could be a bit more specific with the final location. I was digging around a lot trying to find the object when i hat two magnets on the UI. But other then that nice difficulty progression and puzzle design!
really well made with lots of levels
I really liked the layered BGM! Which software did you use to make it?
Thanks!! I used the native GB Studio Music editor : )
Great game, really feels like gameboy
Clawd is the GOAT
This game was super fun and well executed. I really like the art and the humor was fun. Great job!
The game was simple but fun! You did a lot with just four colors, and you nailed the Gameboy vibe
