How does your game meet GBJam's theme
We associate the concept of "old gold" with the old photos and memories—specifically, the fleeting memories and recollections captured only in images. The passage of time is evident even in physical objects, and that is where our photo restorer comes into play.

Like many others said below me. I think an easier first picture would've been nice. It took me 6 tries to turn the pieces the right way. A lot of times I turned it one notch too far, which then wasted 5 seconds re-turning it. The pixel art is great and I think a great entry. Good job team

Gold Island's DungeonI love this approach of "old gold", the valued memories we collective have. ima cry. With the art, it reminds me alot of the classic pixel games which I think doubles the layer on emotions when applying that to the theme
All in all, this really brought me back to the gameboy games that are fun puzzles and provide that simple relaxation. The music too is nice, almost retro study music, and works well with your approach/design.

One Last DigAwesome art, one of my fav so far in this jam. The interpretation of the theme was also lovely, and quite different from what I've seen around in general.
That being said, I feel like the gameplay aspects of it felt a bit weaker in comparison, the photo cleaning minigame was a bit confusing until I read the itchio page description, I feel like it would've been nicer if there was some sort of in game tutorial, and the photo repairing one was quite simple and significantly too easy compared to the cleaning one.
BUT, in general it is still a very very charming and great game, great work👌

One Last DigNice touch opening on the 03:00 AM card, it sets the hour and the mood in one screen. and the lamp cone over the tools between jobs shows the work without needing a cutscene. nice job

Diggin' Dragonloved the theme interpretation and the artwork. I was expecting something a bit lower stakes from the core idea and then felt like i was going to get a repetitive strain injury trying to piece together photos in time. Otherwise a lovely game with lovely art and story. certainly has a gameboy soul to it.

Recycling WoesCharming idea but the mechanics of the bug game were not intuitive and it wasn't clear what the win condition for it actually were, even after I'd played a few times and won twice.
