This reminded me of ecco the dolphin (if it was a good game, sorry ecco lovers) !
The hook mechanic is pretty cool and the puzzles build upon what you've seen so far, which I really like :)
I haven't found any golden pearl though! I should've probably searched more..
The Graphics are outstanding, this is surely one of the more beautiful games of this jam. The font is barely readable though seeing other comments I would just repeat what was already said :)
