Futanari or similar are out of the question, at least on the actual roadmap. Quite some ppl would like it added, but "it would break the realistic IRL simulation of the game".
Can't really tell if they would add a version with it post release, or maybe surrender the rights to mod the game, but it's a no-no for now.
