If you really haven't 'messed with' anyone else, it may be a bug; At least the accusations.

If your partner has the 'open relationships' tendency, it may still try to convince you from time to time. Not having the 'cheating content' blocked also facilitate that kind of situations. AND remember that not giving enough attention to them, may also trigger that.

Hmm, that seems a bit odd, since our relationship was going really well and all the bars were full—except for the Lust bar, which was about halfway up. Even for the Date Card, we were just missing one heart for "Gave Great Gift." If it is a bug, how do I fix it? Would I have to wait for a patch?

Even if you wait for the patch, it may not solve it, since it may me hard coded in your save data. I'd suggest tweaking a bit with cheats enabled, and see if you can alter that partner preferences or likes, see if that forces an update of its status. Save before and right after doing it, if you are gonna try.

You can also edit it's like/dislike tags and even add or remove inclinations. Try a bit of everything and see if you can remove whatever is trolling you.

Hi, it's me again, haha. I just wanted to let you know that I think the situation is resolved; my partner confronted me again about the cheating, but I removed the open relationship setting, so he gave me another chance and everything is fine. I even invited him to share a room with me and he agreed, but I have a question: why isn't the option to sleep showing up?
