Ignoring segments of the audience to prioritize what the dev actually wants to do is very normal, by the way.

Asking for community support also doesn't make it so that you have to listen to every person in the audience, either. If you don't get what you're looking for, just move forward and find something else. Community support was never mandatory.

There is a huge difference between a single person's whim and the systemic exclusion of an entire group of players. When games rely on community donations, it is completely normal to ask for basic inclusion like gender choice. No one is forcing the dev, but we have every right to voice our disappointment as female players. Feedback is how games grow, and ignoring it won't change the fact that we exist and support this genre too.

They are writing the story they want to write, there's no systemic exclusion. You're just not happy the game isn't for you.

And it's completely normal for the dev to choose that's not the direction they want for their game. If a make a game about a straight couple that doesn't mean I HAVE to make a gay/lesbian pairing option just because parts of my community are gay/lesbian. Why did they decide to support my work?

Then voice your disappointment without saying you deserve it. You deserve nothing.

Are you giving feedback or are you making a demand? If the dev reads your feedback and decides to remain male focused because it matches the story they want to tell.....is that ignoring you? Or prioritizing the game they wish to make? Think carefully.

"there's no systemic exclusion" and than like 80% of porn games mainly cater to male audiences.
