The game took a loooong time to load, so I downloaded it for Windows, but it still took a long time to load. I got the No Solicitors ending or something. The visuals are good and quite creepy. There were some parts of the game that didn’t feel that polished, like the ui for example.

I know, the worst part about making a game in 20 hours instead of 3 is I can't use the 3-hour excuse lmao

It’s still a good game for 20 hours in my opinion.

I hardly ever play horror type games so this was actually quite scary! I couldn't manage to get the doors of the wardrobe open (or only one door opened?- see the video lol) so I just let the man kill me because I couldn't handle the suspense of waiting for him to find me but then he was just standing at the top of the stairs. Love the idea (in my head) that he kills you specifically cause you made cabbage soup

I also recorded my gameplay, your game is shown from 33:33 - 40:16  :)

I apologize for the pain and suffering you endured with my game

AMAZING GAME, if you spent a month developing this I would even buy it lol. Like impressive honestly. Also probably one of the only ones who actually did the theme of "Candyman" not " a candyman" Like the rest of us <3.
As for the game jam it does NOT fit the requirnments of 3 hours, so yeah...

Yeah, I went way over, but I had fun, and I just love retro horror, but I'm too lazy to long-term commit to a project. The theme was right up my alley, so from the moment I saw it, I knew I would be going overtime.

Not sure how to cook the cabbage but that aside, the game visuals, audio and gamepaly are good!

Developer

You need to interact with the stoves knob

then you can make different choices to get the 3 endings

Wow, it took you 20 hours to make this game? It's really good—a great horror game with a great story. Even though my PC struggles to handle it—I'm getting 1 fps—it's a really good game.

There is only so much optimization that can go into a web game. If you downloaded it, performance would be 100x better. I did a lot more art than I usually do, and the development didn't go as planned. I was thinking maybe 12 hours, but by then the game was broken.
