Yooo, I really loved this game!! I mean it, I reached the last restaurant in a single playing session. The only bad thing is that I got stuck in my “Pastelaria” restaurant because I couldn’t find out how* to craft egg custard without it turning into Ovos moles (screencap for reference, maybe I did something wrong?).
Other than that I really really enjoyed it, and I hope to see more of this soon! Also, I didn’t experience any kind of lag, so kudos to you!

So you didn't do anything wrong, the game just doesn't explain it well. A station always makes the most expensive recipe it can, and ovos moles beat egg custard. Wire the custard station only to the station that makes the Berliner or the pastel de nata, not to the Pass, and it'll make custard. I'll make the hint clearer in the next update.
