Amazing entry!! I could really relate and sympathize with Nissa. It was a bit hard for me to find this one again (since I was looking for the previous thumbnail and title before submissions closed), but well worth digging for! Really cool liminal environments, expressive characters, and great writing. It reminded me most of an Alice in Wonderland style of story, especially with the animations!
Thank you for going through this whole journey with us, and sorry you had to search for us for so long.
The original idea was indeed inspired by Alice in Wonderland, but later we decided to move away from that concept. Still, maybe it continues to echo in some places.
Interesting psychodelilc experience, I especially enjoyed the visuals. Having short animations included caught me off guard in a good way.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the kind words!
We put a lot of effort into it and are really glad you enjoyed it.
Really enjoyed this one! It honestly felt a bit like a therapy session, in the best way. I especially loved how the key’s emotions were portrayed, it gave the character so much personality. The art and music fit the atmosphere perfectly. Amazing game!
Glad you enjoyed it!
We hope this story helped you understand yourself just a little better.
got really drawn to the game for the art style and setting! Looking beautiful, Nissa is a very well written character given how relatively short the game is. Thanks for making this~
Thank you for playing as well!
Nissa is our pride and joy. By the time we reached the finale, it feels like we rewrote her from scratch almost every time, all to make her feel like a truly believable and living character.
The game is good, I think I made some wrong choices and got the bad ending but that might say more about me than where the story went!
The music sets the scene very well also. Great job!
Glad you enjoyed it!
You’re right, some of the choices could easily seem like the correct ones, even though they ultimately lead to a bad ending. We wanted to show that reaching the truth sometimes means making a decision that goes against your own beliefs and convictions.
I love the notebook writer as a talking character super neat really drew me into the world.
Thank you for the feedback!
We really spent a lot of time thinking about how to portray the narrator. The original idea was to use a typewriter, but in the end we decided to simplify it to a notebook and pen.
this game is so incredibly well written and very touching. it reminds me of conversations i’ve had with myself. fantastic work!

Thanks
This game deserves more recognition!! The symbolism, the transitions, and the art are all amazing! I do admit haha, the third person dialogue did confused me a little at first, but this game was overall such a fun experience that it didn't bother me much! This game was great! Amazing job!!
Thank you so much for playing and for such a thoughtful comment!! It means a lot to us ❤️
