This was great!
The low contrast orangey environments establish such a sunset, nostalgic vibe. I especially think you've got a good handle on pacing and writing interesting VN dialogue between the MC and Morgan (who I AM going to kiss). I appreciate that you offer gender variety for both the MC and Morgan as well. The puzzles had me writing stuff down in case they were clues haha. Hope we can solve the mysteries and save Loki in the future!
Great work, especially since it sounds like you haven't done jams much before? Making a game that even functions in a polished way is a huge hurdle for a lot of new teams. I think a couple areas for improvement on future projects include polishing the audio and camera work a bit more (nothing was bad, I just noticed some places where an additional SFX or music change might've added something, that kind of thing.)

Wow, I really am glad I tried this out. Great choices with the color palette and art style! I am truly horrible at puzzles in games but I'm glad I was able to get through this without much of a hassle. You all did a great job (especially since you've said you all had zero experience!) and I hope you will all work together again on something in the future as well! I look forward to any updates on this project too and it really did nail that mall vibe!

i can't stress enough how much i love the early 2000s art style, paired with the excellent color choices and the music making it one of my favorite entries in the jam! you have no idea how much this inspired me to continue making visual novels
