How did you interpret the themes?
Right Castle blends 2D platforming and visual-novel storytelling. Players collect diamonds across five platforming levels while dialogue and visual-novel scenes gradually reveal that the “rescue” is not as simple as it first appears.

For the fan-art track, I placed the Bezi ghosts at the Bezi GDC booth, where they become curious little coworkers supervising Arthur Morgan’s laptop work.

Engine and tools used?
Right Castle: Unity, C#, TextMeshPro, Cinemachine, Unity Input System, and tutorial resources. I created the princess sprite art, visual-novel sprites, and main background in Procreate. Kenney’s 1-Bit Platformer Pack and Fantasy UI Borders were used with attribution. Music and sound effects are royalty-free assets from Pixabay.

Fan Art: created in Procreate.

Art is lovely; I love the music. Lastly, you can change your viewport resolution on itch itself.

Love the platforming section. Also 100% the princess iwas not happy because she was expecting someone who is at least 6'5 but the main character is like 3'. Lol. The soundtrack is a banger too. I was in level 5 till i found double jump for the first time. All in all, short but memorable.

Oh wow! This was cute, and also sad. I like your princess art, too. Thanks for making this!

I liked the striking black-and-white platform art with purple diamonds! I tried the opening platforming section, and collecting a diamond to fill the progress bar gave me a clear goal. The idea of leading into a visual novel is an interesting take on the theme. I haven't reached the story section yet, but the little character and castle presentation already have a lot of charm. Great work!

Art's super cute, both the pixel and character art.

Gotta say, at a certain point, right near "the end" it had me fooled that where wasn't going to be a twist. That it was just going to be a cutesy platformer.
Appreciating the dose of existencial dread. Very much in my taste.

Fun if a bit simple. The music doesn't loop so it just sort of cut out at a point. Also not sure if there's anything after the princess dialog or if it just crashed. I would also suggest fitting the resolution to the itch page.
