You MUST collect a TON of root vegetables to be able to make super stew for the fall festival! It is a cozy autoscrolling collecting game, fall themed!

The games pretty fun! I really like how the car controls! Holding the back button is a bit too overpowered though...
Ooh! We are very happy you liked it! Yes, I was hopping to give the player more control over how they want to play with the ability to break and speed up, but I will tweak those values in the future!

I didn't think I'd be running over root vegetables in a motor vehicle today, but here we are. At least they seemed happy about it. Defs a cute little entry here! Something happened after my most recent run where empty notepads with no vegetables appeared and the start button wasn't available anymore, not sure if that is a bug? But it was fun to drive around and I think this was a unique interpretation of the theme. Nice work!

Yes, the playbutton disapearing and the notepads not showing recipes is a bug! I only was notified of it after the Jam ended and couldn't fix it! It appears to only happen when you run out of time!

I think is a creative solution to the jam's theme. I haven't seen a similar game so far the jam and that speaks about your creativity, specially the driving car part of it. Good job :)

I really like that you can accelerate and decelerate the car, I don't think I've seen that in games like this before. The controls feel great overall, and I'm a big fan of the visuals too, especially the car's animation. Wasn't expecting that at all tbh :D

Hello I played your game, here are my thoughts in no particular order
Good job!
We were toying with the idea for a jump, which would also allow you to overcome some of the level generators more difficult sections, but in the end we sadly didn't have enough time! We are very happy you liked the music, it was a very funny decision in my oppinion, but I also think it fits!
The art is funny and cute, and the gameplay feels nice. My only problem is the UI on the top left side of the corner that won't allow me to freely move the car on that part (I can't clearly see what's going on). Apart from that, it's quite nice! I also like the usage of the optional theme in this one. It's not just "roots", which is quite cool honestly.

Yes, the levels can be VERY unfair at times! I think a lives system would be a good addition aswell
