Hey, it's not THAT bad, it just needs some major tweaking and polishing. I'd say this game's greatest strength is its level design, although that bar is not exactly the highest. It's clearly unfinished, thank you very much, and some sound effects might even be placeholder. Take it with several grains of salt.
Hey, it hasn't been THAT long since this game's creation, not to mention I've been promised by the developer themself for a significant update soon. I'm sure this game is its developer's most ambitious project to date, as their previous ones (in a positive light) can be viewed as testing waters and practice in game development. I shall remain hopeful no matter what you think.
"Its clearly unfished" and yet it is being sold as a virtually complete game. Idk, I think anyone with a mild amount of self respect would not release something in such an unfinished state. It's not fun and locks most of the content behind a paywall without really having any good content to begin with. Take another couple weeks, get some better animations and poses, and fix some camera bugs and you might have something decent but as is, it just looks incredibly lazy and rushed out because they wanted an influx of patreon dollars.
Do you realize how normalized your points have been in the gaming industry as a whole? First of all, literally half of the game's current content is FREE as a "Lite" version, like how Geometry Dash itself costs money, but there's also Geometry Dash Lite, which is an official free but smaller version of it. Secondly, you're paying for EARLY ACCESS, a common practice by many indie developers. It's completely fine as long as the developer keeps their promise. I'll only agree with you if they betray my trust.
