At All-Ten Wilderness I defeated SPOILER : Failed Calamity with all combinations possible but I didn't see any changes, although Calamity has its bestiary category under Singular Wilderness, did you manage to get further than that ?
I'm not sure exactly where you are at with things but you do need to spend time there for it to appear. If you have and it isn't triggering then there is a bug.
I'm pretty sure I completed all the stuff in the city in 1.3.2, not sure if there was something I needed to do after that. I've spent several lifetimes just fighting stuff in the all 10 wilderness with no luck.
