The game looks excellent! I liked how the gears fit into each other and turn. And I think there’s something cool to be made of, but currently the gameplay is a bit too shallow to have longevity. Perhaps more puzzle elements, or different upgrades for the gears might fix that.
Thank you so much for playing! Yes, there's so much more I can add to the game, there just isn't enough time. 😅
The concept of the game is generally good, but the game’s responsiveness really hurts the overall experience. I often have to click on a gear 3–4 times before it finally gets selected, which makes the gameplay feel extremely slow.
Hi! So sorry about that, I only had a few days to work on this project. I just pushed an update to fix the bug btw (Defold allows bug fixes). 😊
It's much better now.
Thank you for reporting! 🙏
I love merge games! ❤️
The merge effect is super satisfying. The only thing is, you can get way too carried away and merge too many gears, leaving you with no resources for new ones. 😄
But overall, the game is absolutely excellent! Well done!
Thank you so much! Sorry about the bugs, I was really pressed for time on working on this. 😅
I feel like everybody has bugs to some extent in game jams. What matters most is the core concept idea. And yours is just awesome, especially for the mobile market. Great job! ❤️
Thank you so much! 🙏
The gears turning and how they merge to become stronger gears was satisfying to see. However, towards the end of the game it did drag on and more sound effects around the gears and the town lighting up would make this sufficiently cozy

Thank you so much for the feedback! I totally agree. I could've added more mechanics if I only had more time. The original goal was to have all sorts of gears in different sizes and scales, sprockets, etc. 😊
