Your requirement for exclusive rights and copyright assignment needs clarification first. I can only offer a transfer of rights actually held, and cannot guarantee exclusive copyright in every AI-assisted element.
If that limitation fits your commission, could you share a style reference and the number of movement directions? I would then quote a small paid pilot with agreed files, price and payment terms before proposing the full animation set.
