Hmm, maybe try using a different browser to download the file!
I usually download the game from the itch io app, i can't tell if my laptop is being a problem or the app itself is being the problembesides that, the game is great btw, i just hope this problem of mine fixes out of nowhere
if my problem still stands, i'll just download it from the website and restart my progress
You don't have to restart your progress, the save file has no relation to the itch.io app and is kept in a separate location. You should keep your progress even if you download it from the website.
