I'd love to see more options for feminization/sissy kink or even full gender transition. Like a reaction to a male PC wearing more feminine clothing/makeup, the ability to change your gender marker when changing your name, or even the option for breast augmentation and/or gender reassignment surgery at the clinic

Specifically the last one especially, while I don't believe they should have top and bottom surgeries in a college clinic (lol), maybe adding a hospital in town for it would be great! We definitely need a "Egg Cracking" update in the future!!

Transition, I believe is an eventual thing they want to work on. Feminization, no. The devs made clothing non-gendered on purpose, so there will never be any reaction to anyone wearing clothes meant for the other gender

I get that, but it doesn't need to necessarily be a reaction. It could be as simple as a style like goth or Glam. it could also be a content option like everything else, the player chooses wether they want to see it or not

That still would require the team to go through and label every clothing item as male, female, or neutral. Something they did not do on purpose. I doubt they'll go back on that decision, which would make it impossible for this to happen
