Wow, what a cool game, lots of modern mechanics and it uses PCHG plus HAM6 on a 1MB A500 so 300+ colors a lot of the time.  Can you describe more about how you used HAM as I've never seen it used this way before?  Great stuff!

Thank you, glad you like it!

We put a lot of work into this game. HAM is tricky for games, because a pixel's colour can depend on its neighbour, so, with AI-assisted coding, we built the game around it: each room is a single, pre-made HAM screen created with custom tools we built for this game, and Nybble, his dust and his dash trails are hardware sprites floating on top of the HAM picture. It definitely didn't work the first time; it took a lot of attempts. Plenty of ideas just didn't look right at first, and we kept reworking them until they did. Nybble's lamp lighting up the floor and walls around him, for example, was my own idea, and one of the hardest to get right. The rest stays our little secret for now :)

We're C64 and Amiga fans ourselves, and we want to give gamers the very best we can.
