I think this is an immensely beautiful and interesting game. You did a very good job, and your film sensibilities show. Particularly love the writing in this.

I'm really touched that you enjoyed the writing, it gave me so much grief (ironically). With a film, it's far easier to convey human emotion and complexity obviously, because you have humans interacting organically as your 'tools'. (Must be said, I spent a fair chunk of my career after film producing and performing in porn, so the acting was always terrible anyway lol definitely no human complexity there)
With games, you need to convey the same complexity and depth with (in this style anyway) some very brief passages of text, a few polygons and general vibes. The player, largely, fills in the blanks.
So when building this game, I just wasn't sure if the message would ever get through to players. Not because they couldn't understand it, but because I couldn't communicate it in a two-line text box. Maybe it would just feel a bit incomprehensible and gibberish y'know?
It makes me so happy that it has gotten through, and players like yourself have really resonated with the game and enjoyed it!
Thank you very much! I'm a far better musician (4/10 on a good day lol) than I am game designer, so it made sense to lean on the OST.
I'd absolutely love to help with your project, but unfortunately I just don't think I'm going to have the time to devote to it.
