For a future vet-clinic add-on, would you consider a standing golden retriever and a cat outside its carrier, using the same 64×64 format and 64×32 floor anchor? Those could help show arrival and waiting-room scenes alongside the existing resting poses. Static variants would already be useful, with the additional sprites counted separately. I haven't bought or imported the pack.
