This was such a funny game! I loved the questions that we could ask the characters.  The whole vibe and plot really had me engrossed, a bit suspicious, a bit spooked, and laughing.

This game reminded me of the Flash games I used to play when I was younger. The casual art style really brought back some memories.

It also made me think of those creepy stories about cornfields—like how they’re so huge that once you go in, you might never find your way back out. Things like that. And this game has only reinforced my prejudice against cornfields. I don’t know if I’ll ever actually get the chance to visit one, but I’ve decided I’m definitely never going into a corn maze.

Overall, I had a lot of fun playing it. I do think it would have been even better with a wider variety of music and SE, though. For example, having sounds of walking through grass when entering the cornfield could have made the atmosphere feel a bit richer.

HA! Good game!! Gave me and my team a good few laughs while we tried to play through all the choices. Big fan of Tessily. We will be ripping her material. What did the Giraffe say to the bartender!

Cute aesthetic! Fun story! Interesting set up!

Great work!

The art style is an obvious standout, and it only adds to it how each of the characters have movement too them from both use of different sprites as well as the little bounces you gave them.

The character designs were good and drew me into the game as well.

The music was nice and fitting, but quickly got old and it could have used some more variety

The plot was fun but a bit hard to follow and it might have been good to be a little more linear at the start so the player is hand held through the basic premise and character introductions.

The music and the story are really nice, and the art style is fantastic. I loved that you can interact so much with the characters, well done!

Very nice, witty, flows well and the music really matches the vibe, the art style is so cool too, wow!

The characters and dialogue are super witty and fun! I love the horse guy. Is there only 1 ending?

TYSM!! Yeah unfortunately we only had time for the one ending, if there's enough interest tho we're hoping to add more :)

I LOVE the art style the sprites are drawn in and how expressive every character is and all the poses! I really liked the little wobble/jump thing the sprites did when you spoke with them also! Tessily was my favourite character at the start but by the end my fave was 100% Kim :D

Great job, this was a fun vn :)

The art and writing were super good~ had a great time playing it! Matt was the best!

I liked matt he was funny, I wish there was more to it and I had fun. I did go back to try the different choices and I think it's unfortunate that none of the choice in the game really lead to new paths but I understand this being a compromise for releasing a visual novel for a game jam. It's particularly impressive that this was done in godot too, since it doesn't come with all the handy visual novel features of ren'py. over all I would say it was a pretty solid effort and I'll most likely keep tabs on it when updates release (if they do)
