How did you use AI?
I designed the game and Claude (Anthropic, Claude Opus 5.5) built it with me through conversation. There's no game engine and no imported assets: everything is a single HTML file.

- Code: Claude wrote all of it from my design and feedback: the turn-based puzzle logic, canvas rendering, Web Audio sound effects and music, the roguelite run structure, the rhythm mode and the English/Portuguese translation.
- Art and sound made in code: no image or audio files. Every cat (9 coat patterns, walk / sit / paw-licking / sleep animations), the robot, the vacuums and the boss are drawn by code, and every sound and the music loop are synthesized live.
- Clever trick, a solver to check the levels: Claude also wrote an automated puzzle solver (breadth-first search) that plays every room and checks it can be solved, including the bonus cages and every upgrade combination. When a room couldn't be solved (the cat trapped by its own line of rescued cats, robots stuck behind sockets), we changed the rules instead of guessing: one-way cat flaps, single-use outlets, and letting the cat walk through its own line. A bot that presses keys on the beat also played through all of Rhythm Mode, boss included, to test the timing.
- Page art: the cover, animated logo and background pattern were drawn from the game's own sprites by code Claude wrote.

AI is not part of the gameplay itself; it's used for building the game, art, sound and level checking.

How does your game fit the restriction?
Arrow keys / WASD (or swipe) are the only input, and everything is done by walking: start a run or the tutorial by walking into a door, pick an upgrade by stepping on a pedestal, choose the language by walking to a flag door, go to the next level or back to the hub through doors, and restart a room by bumping into a wall 5 times. The core mechanic is movement too: the robot copies every move you make, mirrored left/right. In Rhythm Mode, each step also has to land on the beat.

The game was so well done and I love having all the freed cats in the hub.  I also like the rhythm game, but it was a little too difficult.  I was gutted when I got so close to beating it to lose to the boss right at the end.  Here is my playthrough:
