Hello, I know this is pretty old, but I love this game. I love the subtle environmental storytelling, and the idea is very creative.
I can't solve it, though :( I found the victim's full name and the murder weapon, but I'm completely stuck on the murderer. Either I'm doing something wrong, or I don't know how to find out their first name. Could you please link the solution again, or even just give me a hint? Thank you!

Sorry I missed your comment, there you go

Solution:

Name of the victim: Arthur Corney

Arthur is found when his wife receive flower (entrance hall T1) and Corney when she complain he only listen himself (Parlor T3)

Name of the murderer: Jerome Peart

Jerome is found when Eleonora says he’s different from Thomas (Parlor T2) and Peart when Thomas mocked her by called her Mrs Peart when she can’t marry him

Jerome is the killer as he’s a mobile (marrying Elenora and gain money) and he’s seen holding the murder weapon when washed (Kitchen T3) and has hidden it behind the oven (Kitchen T4)

Name of the weapon murder : Fire iron

In T1 and T2, it’s next to the fireplace in the study and gone in T3 and T4.

I know they are a lot of non native playing game (me included) so here is every term that is accepted

"fire iron": [

"fire iron",

"fireplace poker",

"poker",

"iron poker",

"metal stick",

oh my god thank you. I think the Jerome dialogue is bugged for me because it won't play, but it feels good to know I got everything else right. adding so many terms for the fire iron was also very considerate of you. keep on making good games! :)

Thank you very much to you! I didn't expect anyone to play this game so long after I made it. I wanted to remake it because of bugs, but this project evolved into another game, Pollock's Murder Mystery show, which is pretty similar (and less buggy) if you enjoyed this one
