The game.ini should be there. Did you delete it on accident?

Enop re-downloaded the game and it appears there but still cant get it to work. Am i doing something wrong or am i that stupid?
It also happened to me, but I found out that it works fine in the download folder. When I decided to change it to my external hardrive the game suddenly stops recognising the game.ini for a strange reason.
