The Dancing Dragon will get an expansion in the next update. It'll have a lot of moving parts and it's a thing you may want to check out regularly.
Aggron's questline follows the Team Magma one, so it'll be an ongoing thing for a while. Destined Rivals is planned to be finished in 0.3.5.

Is your antivirus removing it? Because it's there.

The game.ini should be there. Did you delete it on accident?

I've just checked it out. It indeed seems to remain invisible which was odd. Managed to fix it, however!

- The pearl is on the southern end of Route 115. Directly west from the stair tiles that go down the beach. It's a hidden item.
- Her owner is on the northern part of Route 111 in the other flower garden, she may be able to help you with the more non-direct descriptions!

Also Meteor Falls is indeed the 'end' for now.
